Hi my name is Sean Onken. As a Consumer Service Representative at Revell, model builders ask me questions every day about how to build our kits. I don't have all the answers, but through the years, I have learned a lot about model building and know a lot about Revell Models.

My father, Alvin Onken, worked for Revell as a master model maker back when we were still making molds in the Morton Grove, IL location. I´ve grown up in the model building industry and have watched my dad build hundreds of kits and have personally built many others at his side.
After looking through my work on this site, it probably goes without saying that I am not a professional model builder, but I am pretty good. I will create a photo diary of each kit I build. You will see that our kits can be built to look professional with ordinary supplies. All the tools, paints and equipment used to build the kits on this site can be purchased from any hobby store.
When you are working on your kit it is my hope that this site and the model building techniques that I demonstrate will help you "Get it Together."
All projects may be viewed via the links in the left-hand column.
