Description
Dan Gurney's first Grand National start was in 1962. Gurney was nearly unbeatable in a Grand National race at the Riverside International Raceway in Riverside, California. Dan won the Riverside race in 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 and 1968. Four of Dan's five victories came with the famed Wood Brothers team. Dan Gurney was the first driver to win races in Formula 1, Grand National, Indy Cars and the 24 Hours of LeMans.
