In the 85-5243 Wright Flyer kit there's a color brochure that offers tips on building dioramas. Item #14 says the hubs shown in the corresponding picture were made from brass tubing. I didn't get any brass tubing in my kit. The brass tubing that you refer to is not included as part of the Wright Flyer kit.
