In step one of your 80-4036 Revell Germany Tornado ECR Tiger Meet '98 kit there are a pair of wings and below it is a lit candle with a screwdriver above it. WHAT DOES THIS ACTION MEAN?
What this is telling you to do is to heat the tip of a screwdriver or similar object just hot enough to ment the tips of the pins on part #43, after inserting them in the holes on part #s 32 and 33. This will then hold the parts in place without the use of glue.
