What you have are called "waterslide" decals. In order to apply these decals to your model, you 'll need to cut out the decal that you want to apply from the decal sheet. Using a small dish or container of luke warm water, dip the decal in the water and set it down on a paper towel.

The water will soak into the decal paper making it curl up. After a short time the paper will begin to uncurl as the water soaks in. Shortly after the paper flattens out you should be able to move the decal around with the tip of your finger. Put a small drop of water on your model where you want the decal to be and slide the decal onto your model. You should have a short time to position the decal the way you want it. Carefully dab it with the tip of a paper towel to absorb any excess water and let dry. You 're done!
