I have bought a 1/48 scale P-47N Thunderbolt (Pro Modeler). Part number 75 (bottom wing) is warped. Is there a way to get it straightened out?

Place the item in location without gluing and see if you can get it to mate with the upper wing 1/2. If you can, then glue in place with the rubber bands firmly holding it in position.

Also, you can try putting it in water no hotter than your hand can stand and after thoroughly warning the wing bottom, CAREFULLY try to straighten out the warpage. Don't stress it too hard or it will crack.
