Estes Control Copperhead

A step up in size and flying excitement!

With the Copperhead™, you can fly indoors just as you can with smaller Revell Control helis. Or…you can take the Copperhead™ outside, to your backyard, to a park or playing field, and see what it can really do. With a rotor head nearly a foot in diameter, the Copperhead™ is easy to track in the sky. And it's just heavy enough that light winds won't affect the smooth, easy handling.

Of course, it has many of the same advantages as other Revell Control helis. Full assembly. Tough metal parts. A sleek, colorful canopy. Built-ins, including a gyro, lights and LiPo battery. Another plus: a full-size controller that gives you more freedom as your flying skills increase.

Skill Level 2

Great for fliers with some experience.

The Copperhead has all of these features!

Flies just like a full-size heli: right or left, up or down, forward or reverse — any way you like!

Flies easily in any open area — indoors or out!

A USB charge cord included, so you can recharge the LiPo flight battery from your computer.

A gyro provides smooth and stable flight.

Track your flight by the built-in LED lights.

Coaxial design: an Estes Control advantage.

All Estes Control helis are coaxial helis with two sets of main rotor blades. In single-rotor helis, the blades rotate in only one direction, which makes the heli handle differently, depending on which way it turns. In coaxial helis, the two sets of blades rotate in opposite directions, so the heli will handle the same way no matter which way it turns. Coaxial design offers other benefits, too: it makes helis more stable and easier to hover.
